This is my first adventure into cellular automata, somewhat inspired by this article rock-paper-scissors patterns in nature. Each round, one square in the grid, chosen at random, is paired up against one of its neighbors, chosen at random. If the challenger wins, the neighbor changes to the challenger's type; if the challenger loses, it changes to the neighbor's type. Eventually one of the types wins out, but it can take a while. Go rock!
