I helped Urban Mapping relaunch their website using django-cms in December of 2009.

Urban Mapping is a San Francisco company that offers geographic data and web services to other businesses. They wanted help launching a new web-based product called Mapfluence. Working with designer David Hamill, I helped integrate the new Mapfluence content into a revised site structure and design, running on a new and improved content management system.

Urban Mapping is a Django shop, so choosing a Django-based CMS was a good way to make sure they could easily maintain the site. The site runs on django-cms, integrating seamlessly with Urban Mapping's existing applications and PostgreSQL backend.
